Our vision is a world where anyone — regardless of background or budget — can harness AI to do work that used to require an entire team. Not to replace human creativity, but to amplify it.
Our mission is simple: deliver live, hands-on AI training in small groups so every student leaves with something they made, not just notes they'll forget. Every class runs on Google Meet, capped at five seats, led by practitioners who are actively building with AI today. No pre-recorded fluff. No theory without application. No empty promises.
We measure success by what you ship after the class — not by how many people enrolled.
What we collect and why
Information you give us
When you book a class or contact us you provide your name, email address, and (via Stripe) your payment details. We receive confirmation of payment from Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics (anonymised) and basic server logs to understand traffic and improve the site. No fingerprinting, no ad-tracking pixels beyond standard GA4.
How we use your information
- Send you booking confirmations and the Google Meet link for your class
- Process your payment securely through Stripe
- Send relevant course announcements and updates (you can unsubscribe any time)
- Respond to your support or contact enquiries
Who we share it with
We share data only with the services required to run the academy: Stripe (payments), Google (Meet, Calendar, Analytics), and Hostinger (hosting & email). We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your booking records for two years for accounting purposes, then delete them. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at admin@okunolacreates.com. If you are in the EU or UK you have rights under GDPR.
Refunds & cancellations
We want every student to feel confident booking with us. If life gets in the way, here is exactly what happens:
Email us at admin@okunolacreates.com with your booking reference and we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Because seats are strictly limited to 1–5 people, a late cancellation leaves an empty seat that cannot be filled on short notice. In this case we are unable to issue a refund, but we will offer you a free transfer to a future class of the same value.
How to request a refund
- Email admin@okunolacreates.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your name, email used to book, and the class date
- Send the request at least 48 hours before your scheduled class start time
- Allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Rescheduling
Need to move your class rather than cancel? No problem — contact us at least 24 hours before your session and we'll reschedule you to the next available slot at no extra cost.
Free Consultation
The Free Consultation requires no payment, so no refund policy applies. Simply cancel via email if you can no longer attend and we'll free up the slot for another student.
1:1 Package
The 1:1 Package covers four sessions. The 48-hour refund window applies to the package as a whole if you have not yet attended any session. Once any session has taken place, a pro-rated refund is available for unused sessions (minus the sessions attended), subject to the 48-hour notice rule for each remaining session.
AI classes are a skill — results depend on you
We are proud of what our students achieve. We teach real tools, real workflows, and real techniques used on live projects. But we must be transparent about something important:
Results — whether financial, professional, or creative — depend entirely on how consistently and thoughtfully you apply what you learn after the class ends.
AI is a skill, not a magic button. Like any skill, the gap between someone who sees transformative results and someone who doesn't comes down to practice, application, and iteration. Two students can attend the exact same class and walk away with vastly different outcomes based on what they do next.
What we guarantee
- A live, expert-led class delivered as described — no pre-recorded substitutes
- Small group sizes (1–5) so you receive real attention and feedback
- Practical exercises so you leave with work you made, not just notes
- Access to the instructor for follow-up questions after the class
What we do not guarantee
- A specific income, revenue, or financial return from applying AI skills
- That the AI tools we demonstrate will remain unchanged — AI evolves rapidly and tools update frequently
- That the results shown by instructors or testimonials are typical — individual results vary significantly
- That the knowledge alone is sufficient — consistent practice is required to see real-world results
Testimonials shared on this site reflect the honest experiences of specific individuals. They are not guarantees that every student will achieve the same. We encourage you to attend with clear personal goals and to dedicate time after the class to apply what you've learned.
